Last day to before going Paleo!

I am a first time blogger so I'm just putting this out there, I thought it would be nice to see where I started & how I end up. I'm trying a 60 day challenge starting tomorrow of a Paleo diet and doing Crossfit three times a week. I have been doing Crossfit for almost 3 weeks now and can already see a huge difference in my strength and I have gotten faster on the rowing machine. (I row because I have a bad knee and its kinda painful to run.) I'm averaing 200 meters a mintue so let's see if I improve. :)
For my final meals I opted for Cheese Enchiladas, beans, chips & queso. Oh and don't forget the Cokes. Man I am truly going to miss those...
Spring Break ends and I start back at school tomorrow. After 8 years of working, getting married/ divorced/ being crazy I decided to go back to school full-time. Hard is an understandment. Moms' brains don't hold information as well as non-mom brains, except when it pertains to their kids so I'm having to try really really hard...
